All of our events will take place in New Delhi, India. We recommend traveling by plane. ;)

We highly encourage booking your flights 8 to 11 months in advance to get the best deals. The good news is there are plenty of direct and non-direct flight options to get to New Delhi from most cities in the U.S.

We also recommend looking into visa requirements well in advance. For U.S. passport holders, India offers visas on arrival. You will need to fill out and submit an E-Visa application form online. Processing time for the E-visa tends to be very quick, but we would recommend submitting the form at least a month before your travel so you have plenty of buffer.
